Hank, I have a serious question: Why is being a nerd bad? Saying “I notice you’re a nerd” is like saying, “Hey, I notice you’d rather be intelligent than be stupid, that you’d rather be thoughtful than be vapid, that you believe there are things that matter more than the arrest record of Lindsay Lohan.” Why is that? I stupidly only preordered The Fault in Our Stars for just my little sister, and it was too late before I realized I should have gotten one for myself as well. So today during my lunch break I ran to Barnes and Noble and picked myself up a signed copy.
