One of the largest group photo shoots ever undertaken with 116 of Hollywood’s greatest stars on one stage at one time to celebrate Paramount Studio’s 100th anniversary.

Read about the shoot here

Back in the golden age of Hollywood, studios would gather together their biggest stars for a photo. This photo was then distributed to all of the news outlets of the time.

These photos were highly anticipated because it was rare to see such stars as Clark Gable, Myrna Loy and Jean Harlow all in the same photo with many, many other stars. It was also customary to add a starlet that the studio was pushing. Sometime the starlet caught on and the photo became a cinephiles dream, other times that person just faded away and was never heard from again.

Check the photo and compare it to the names below, along with the Paramount films they performed in.

#paramount

#WOW

#Also can I just point out

#that Mark Wahlberg is like BAM I am awesome and don't need to stand near anyone

#and then Morgan Freeman isn't even looking forward

#like he's staring off somewhere else and looking like he's ready to leave

#and then Justin Bieber is like hanging off the edge

#I just love how some of the people are smiling and look happy to be there

#and then others are like I'm only here because I heard so and so was doing this too

#or maybe they got paid to be there and they needed the extra money for that day's latte or something

#I mean don't get me wrong this picture is awesome

#and I loved seeing so many awesome actors in one space

#but then I start thinking about what kind of nightmare

#that must have been arranging everything

#and getting all those people there

#just for one photoshoot

#and then how many OTHER people were there fixing everything

#assistants and camera people and then hair and make up peeps

#like they had to employee an army of people I'm sure

#just for this one photoshoot

#and like how long do you think this took?

#Ok... I'm going to stop now
