Well, tonight my roommate and I decided to bust out all that cheese we bought this weekend and taste all of it. Some were kind of not good and some were so delicious that they are almost all gone and we had to stop ourselves from eating all of it.
The winners of course were the creamy camembert (with herbs), the delicious stilton with pear and apple (cucumberbatchin, it was REALLY good and you should go out and find some and eat it now), and the divine honey goat cheese, with a close runner up being the baked cheese which we realized tasted way better heated up.
And iamjustsyd will be happy to know that we decided to watch Wallace and Grommit to celebrate the occasion (see 2nd picture).
Also, we decided that we’re going to make our adventures into cheese tasting a monthly event.
Also, also, the following quote I totally said:
“Stop. We are eating cheese. This is a sacred event.”
So true. Am I right?
